Girl Scout Activity - Salvation Army Stockings - Update
Hi Everyone,
I just received word that a family member has passed away and I need to go to Newtown, Indiana this weekend for the memorial service. Given that Kaleigh and I will be out of town and Kendall can't attend this weekend's activity, Kelli and I have decided to cancel the shopping trip. Kelli and I will be picking up items for the stockings and bringing them to the Christmas/Birthday party on December 11th. The girls will then be able to 'shop' through the items we've brought for their stocking. If you daughter hasn't sent in her money yet, please send it with her to the party.
Also... the party is a way for all of our girls to celebrate their birthdays together. We will be doing a gift exchange, so each girl needs to bring one wrapped gift with her (worth ~$25). This way each girl will receive a special present. :)
If you have any questions, please contact Kelli or I.
Thanks!
Pam

Salvation Army Stocking Project - Saturday, December 6th
Hi Everyone!
This coming Saturday, December 6th, Kelli and Pam will be taking the girls shopping to fill our Salvation Army stockings. Remember, we would prefer each girl to have earned at least $15 to spend. Meet at the Firehouse at 12 noon and we'll return there around 2pm.
Thanks and See You SATURDAY!

Mall Madness
They were treated to pizza, SHOPPING, pretzels, SHOPPING, getting their nails done, SHOPPING, a scavenger hunt, SHOPPING, watching movies, SHOPPING, many different crafts and did we mention lots of SHOPPING?
There were many other girl scout troops at the mall, with ages ranging from Brownies to collegiate level volunteers. It was fun for everyone to see the creativity of each troop; each troop had to make a sign or something that would designate their area for sleeping (Well ok, not much sleeping was going on... mainly a place for everyone to keep their stuff!).
The girls were very well behaved, even if they didn’t get any sleep!
